Definition of an international student: An international student is a non-Belgian resident or student who does not have Belgian citizenship or permanent residence status in Belgium. An international student is not part of any exchange programme, thus paying the full rate of tuition fees'.

Legalisation of documents

For a valid application you need to submit a legalised copy of the basic diploma and the transcripts. The diploma and its transcripts must be translated by a sworn translator into either Dutch, French, German or English, if they were drafted up in any other language.
