Club Night Jazz – An evening with two themes: Joni Mitchell & Rebirth::Collective

On 27 March, we will kick off LEAF – Lemmens Music Festival with an atmospheric Club Night Jazz! This evening will be dedicated to two unique jazz worlds: the poetic music of Joni Mitchell and the groovy repertoire of Rebirth::Collective.

✨ Joni Mitchell – reworked and rediscovered

Our theme ensemble ‘Both Sides Now’ will perform a selection from the repertoire of Joni Mitchell, specially arranged during the project weeks. Expect compelling interpretations of her iconic songs, supplemented with a few jazz classics:

The themed ensemble Pocket Bigband delves into the repertoire of Rebirth::Collective, a Belgian jazz collective that combines the classic big band tradition with a contemporary sound. The programme includes highlights from the past ten years, including:
