suNEARth

suNEARth is a concept and sound composition interface, which uses radio observations of the sun to generate sound compositions from sound archive and collection of field recordings of the earth. The proposed project is part of a larger research on scientific observational data that I have been doing since 2018, in collaboration with the Royal Observatory of Belgium. There are several outcomes in this research that is currently part of my PhD at LUCA, Ghent "An echo of the sun". In this particular project, I am working on the sonification of scientific data from the sun and how by looking at the patterns in the frequencies found on the sun and the earth, I can draw a larger interpalatial corelations.
