The research aims to follow the everyday life of some scientific research teams within the fields of converging technologies, where at the same time a separate investigation is taking place about technology assessment (TA), namely TA where external people from the social sciences are involved in a dynamic interaction with the natural scientists. The intention of this research is to observe and document both, the everyday life of the research team and the special dynamic between the human and natural scientists in such collaboration.
