ACTIVATION LUCA login
You’ll be able to activate your LUCA login and password the day after your registration. Please, make sure to do this as soon as possible! In regard to the actual activation, you should’ve already received the necessary information in a separate activation email.
You’ll be able to access your LUCA student mailbox by using your login and chosen password. From this point onwards, we will send all email correspondence to that particular mail account. Do check your LUCA email frequently!
Notice: your password is unique, memorize it and don’t reveal it to someone else. Have you forgotten your password? Request a new activation code via kuleuven.
TOLEDO
As of Monday the 7th of August 2023 you will be able to log in to Toledo using your activated LUCA login (see above). Toledo is a digital learning environment and communication platform on which information is shared about the campus, education, courses, etc. Teachers and the student administration use Toledo to communicate with you and to share course material and additional information. Go to Toledo regularly to stay fully informed!

START ACADEMIC YEAR
The 11th of September 2023 we will organize start days for all courses. We expect all new incoming students to be present.
You will have classes on the campus Alexianenplein (centre Ghent) and on the campus Ter Beken (Beekstraat, Mariakerke).

Questions concerning housing, psychological and medical assistance, sports and culture, finances, student jobs, public transportation, … Please contact our student support services.

FIND YOUR WAY TO OUR CAMPUS
Use the bus, tram and/or bike to reach our campus easily. You can rent a bike for several months or a year at low-budget via De Fietsambassade Gent.

Your student card will be available at our student administration office in September. Notice: this card is also your access badge to the campus.
