You can consult your study progress file (Studievoortgangsdossier) via the KU Loket application. There you will find all information about your study progress after each examination period.
Students enrolled in a preparation program:
- In the study progress file you will find your exam results, your percentage, your full-year study efficiency (JSE), an overview of the tolerance credits you can use or have already used, the number of credits you have taken so far and the part still left to graduate, any refusal to continue enrolment or the risk of such a refusal and the possibility to appeal against an examination result or against a decision of the examination committee.
- In addition, you can also use tolerance credits in your study progress file yourself.
- If you are confronted with a study progress measure or risk of a study progress measure as a result of limited study progress, you will be informed of this when you open your study progress file. Only after you have indicated at the bottom of the page that you have read the page and you are aware of the consequences of those study progress measures, can you move on to the rest of your study progress file.
On the actual start screen of your study progress file, you will find the following information:
- under the button 'Refusals' (Weigeringen), an overview of the active study progress measures;
- the date your exam results were released.
